With the arrival of Christmas, Madrid’s Plaza Mayor is transformed into a large market full of colourful stalls where residents and tourists can find all kinds of Nativity figures, Christmas musical instruments, toys and novelty items. This Christmas, the market can be visited from 27 November to 31 December 2025 and also includes an exhibition of a handcrafted Nativity scene.
