Borealis

Borealis

This Christmas, in our city with a star and where anything can happen, we are going to witness the recreation of an astronomical phenomenon that by rights belongs to the more northerly latitudes where Santa Claus' house is located in our imagination. Thanks to the magical northern lights, Borealis changes the way we perceive Condeduque’s the Central Courtyard and encourages us to reflect on our relationship with nature and technology.

Borealis is an installation created by Switzerland-based Dan Acher, who works with art as a tool for social change and who has presented his artivist works, as he likes to call them, in major cities around the world. The soundtrack of the installation has been written by French composer Guillaume Desbois.
